Joshua's older sister had me swaddle this little stuffed animal for her several times today. Later in the day I saw Josh wrapping the same stuffed animal in a piece of paper, doing his best to swaddle his "baby". Such a sweetheart!
By the way, I never updated about Joshua's blood work he had done a couple of weeks ago. Everything looks great...of course the over-confident guy with the needle couldn't get a vein & eventually ended up pricking him & then squeezing the blood out for about 10 min (what's new?)...but it's over with.

This boy warms my heart. Good job with the swaddle, Josh!
Liv and Clint wrap the tub toys in wash clothes for the entire bath time, and he recently stole some of her babies for his crib. I think he is a bit more excited for number 3 than Alivia.
What a sweetie!
I know exactly what that is like....you couldn't have said it better! Over confident guy with a needle!!I thought it was just us! They all seem to be that way huh! Both times Aiden had a fever he had to get blood drawn and that has been our experience too. Poor Josh :( I am glad its over with.
Carlla it's always the same story for us too. I tell them what a difficult stick he is, he's a cardiac pt, etc, they kind of smirk & say "I'm really good, don't worry." They totally blow me off like I'm just a difficult mom & in the end they never get it. It makes me so mad every time.
Yes we hear that every time too! Every one of them say " I'm pretty good" or something just like that. I have gotten upset too. I have left after 3 sticks and come back the next morning for 2 more before I demanded that they draw from where I initially told them to draw from. Low and behold when they finally did it, they got what they needed...just where I said.
