this means WAR!
While the girls were occupied, the boys decided they were going to "balloon da girls up!" So like a good mom, I armed my boys with water ballons.
Told them how we needed to go about our sneak attack...
Finally, we went to war! Only we didn't expect the girls to be on their 'A' game. They pretty much clobbered us!
After our war ended, we played a little water balloon baseball...
We topped off the afternoon with some hotdogs...

Fun stuff! Summer is so much fun when you're a kid and there's water involved.
Holy smokes, you really filled some balloons! I would have had the patience for maybe two.
I like how prepared Sam is. No way my girls would have left those on the tray for any amount of time!
What a perfect day. They are all so cute. My Fif is more in line with Mary's girls. Her picture would have been her smiling with a bunch of broken balloons scattering the ground around her :)
Also enjoying/admiring/in love with...your backyard, the stone work, and those sweet little chairs. Very nice, very nice!!!
